  1. No, he doesn't. Unless it's pocket or trendy courier bag size, most people don't want it anymore. True desktops are a rarity now, and even laptops are getting less popular.

Computing has never been more aimed at the lowest common denominator than it is these days. The industry wants the users to be as stripped of any real computing ability as possible, so that they then have them by the crotch with both hands. Most users will happily and willfully buy into anything 100% that in the end actually works against them.

This is why Apple fanboys need to die off - because they fuel this BS.

    1. Aaaand on cue, they announce at their big conference that the iPad is the future of computing. HA HA HA, I wanna slit my wrists.

    2. I would honestly take one 15 year old Mac, like a Sawtooth for example, over an army of free brand new iPads.

My girlfriend has an iphone and iPad, and the odd time I use her iPad I instantly feel dumber.

To me it the whole touch screen thing has always seemed much more like a gimmick than a practical solution for daily computing.

“I think if you’re looking at a PC, why would you buy a PC anymore? No really, why would you buy one?”
